Can I return or exchange items? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges given the custom nature of needlepoint. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Once an order has been placed, we pride ourselves on moving it to fulfillment as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once you have placed an order.
